How to Import Templates into Darkroom Booth

1. Download and Extract Your XBDR File

1. Download your XBDR file.
2. Locate the file in your Downloads folder (or the location where you saved it).
3. Right-click on the .zip file, select Extract All, and then click Extract.

2. Open Darkroom Booth and Create a New Event

1. Launch Darkroom Booth.
2. You will see the main dashboard where you handle all imports and setup.
3. Right-click on Events in the top left corner.
4. Select Create New Event.
5. Name your event (e.g., “Test Event”) and click OK.
6. Click anywhere on the screen to return to the Darkroom Booth dashboard.

3. Import Your Template

1. Click Choose to access the Template Page.
2. Browse to locate the folder where you extracted the files (likely in Downloads).
3. Click Add at the top.
4. Open the Darkroom folder.
5. If the XBDR files are not immediately visible, click OK, and they should appear.
6. Click Add All to import them.

4. Select and Test Your Template

1. Choose the imported template you want to use and click Choose.
2. Go to Settings in the top bar.
3. Click Start Booth Mode.
4. Click anywhere on the screen to start taking a test photo.

5. Confirm Your Setup

1. Navigate to Session and Processed in the top bar.
2. This will confirm that your template setup is complete and ready for your event.
